Tell me what is not working

The website, how you show up in Bermuda search, your Google profile, ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn, or the emails that never go out. Tell me what is going on and you will get a personal reply. Ask for a free online presence review, or ask about pricing and the fees come back in writing. Email or call if that is easier.

The inquiry form

Tell me what is going on.

Only three things are required: your name, your email and a sentence about the problem. Everything else helps, but is optional.

You do not need to know which service you need. "The website is out of date and nobody answers the contact form" is a perfectly good message.

Asking about pricing? Choose "Pricing question" and say what you have in mind. The fees come back in writing.

Thank you, your message has been sent. It comes straight to me. I will reply personally, by email or by phone if you left a number, and any work is quoted in writing before it starts.

Your details come straight to me and are used only to reply to you.

What happens next

After you send it.

No sales sequence and no pressure. The same three steps every time.

  1. I reply personally

By email, or by phone if you left a number. If I am not the right person for what you need, I will say so and suggest who is.

From me, not a sales team

  2. A short conversation

To hear what is going on and look at what a customer sees today. Nothing is quoted on the spot, even when the answer looks obvious.

    A conversation, not a pitch

  3. A written proposal

What to do first, the scope, the quote and the exclusions, all in writing. You decide from there, and nothing starts without your approval.

    Quoted in writing
